Sire: Eastwood's Hi Plains Drifter             GM

Dam:  Mistletoe Noelle

  Owner Nicole Moody

Misty is an intact female born in January of 2015.  She lives with her owner on a farm where she works with goats and poultry.  Misty is a sweet (yet spunky), stable social dog.  She typically takes new circumstances in stride.  She enjoys people, loves children and responds very quickly to commands.  Misty has grit, yet can be nurturing, loves car rides and is not sensitive to sound.  She's developing a good ability to self-rate while herding.

Misty's owner would like to have her be less aggressive towards other intact females.  As a pup, she had a lot of drive.  She could get stock to move at ten weeks of age.  She has matured and become fairly consistent in her behavior towards the goats.  She has learned not to go as hard after kids as she would a recalcitrant adult. Misty leaves stock alone unless they balk or challenge her.  She responds quickly and decisively and will deal out as much discipline as needed to get them back in line.  She is a mouser.

Misty has a more dominant nature (even towards humans), but with proper structure she is a joy to own and very obedient.  She has grit and a high tolerance for pain.  She can take a hit and come right back to deal with the situation.  Misty is the rules enforcer - because she knows her owner doesn't like it, she gets after the other dogs when they are barking unnecessarily.
