Eva is a tri-colored female born in 2009 and evaluated at the age of three.  She lives on a farm in Wisconsin where she works sheep and chickens.  Eva is very good at evaluating the stock situation and using just enough pressure when needed.  She is an independent thinker who would rather do "her" will than the owner's.  The owner would like to improve on this.

Eva is very interested in rules regardless of where she is.  At the Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival, she was with her owner laying in front of one of their pens of sheep.  A neighboring pen was opened to show a little girl a lamb.  The lamb charged and Eva jumped up and put herself between the little girl and the lamb.  When everything was under control, she returned to lay down.  At the same festival, a ram on the opposite side of the barn started banging his gate to get out.  Eva ran to his pen, barked in his face, got him to back off, and then came back and laid down.  She was interested in anything else going on but making sure the sheep behaved.  Eva loves children and allows them to pet her and even snuggle up.
